Ok so if a character who is described as having infinite power stomps a character that doesn’t have infinite power would that make the character’s infinite power legitimate?

Stomping someone isn’t evidence of an infinite power gap, so it wouldn’t really be any different from if they only had the statement.

If they have feats, statements, or scaling that display 3-A levels of destructive then we believe that they can output infinite levels of Energy, otherwise, it's just Stamina or flowery language.
