If an infinite dimensional realm viewed another infinite dimensional world as fictional, would the former qualify for a higher tier, even though it also has infinite dimensions? What tier would the former be?

Also, I heard that infinite dimensions is always high 1-B regardless if they are shown to be superior to lower ones or not. Why is this the case, if its true? What would make infinite dimensional spaces always qualify?
