Basically it's Infernape VS Electivire, let's see how two wild Pokemon do the Sinnoh League Climax.

Battle takes place in Lake Acuity were Monferno fought Electabuzz in the anime.

Infernape seems to have the advantage here. It can boost its AP with nasty plot, reduce defense with leer, and can heal with Slack Off

Electivire could also reduce defenses by screech, but Infernape overall has much more options at its desposal, especially if it uses taunt to prevent Electivire from using screech or status moves
