If the reasoning behind High 6-C for the RFI is "Empowered Cole MacGrath to the point that he easily defeated The Beast in a head-to-head fight", then shouldn't RFI-empowered Cole upgraded to High 6-C or the RFI be downgraded to High 7-A?
