The profiles for the Flashes in general aren't the best but something I noticed specifically for the profile of Post-Crisis Barry Allen was the usage of Pre-Crisis feats mainly under his powers and abilities, so much so that it might as well be a Pre-Crisis profile. I've seen many discussions about why there isn't a Pre-Crisis Flash (Barry Allen) profile and there seem to be enough scans in the current Post-Crisis profile to rendition it into a Pre-Crisis profile and then create a separate one for Post-Crisis which in general shouldn't be too difficult due to the few appearances Barry has between COIE and Flashpoint. I'd be happy to edit this as I have some other Pre-Crisis feats that can be used to scale him and Post-Crisis shouldn't be too difficult to scale either.
