I'm working on Ultron's profile (Avengers Assemble) well Ultron was going to use his Vibranium body to reflect ultraviolet radiation down onto him and blast it out to everyone and incinerate the surface of the world, so what is the ap to cause this?

Isnt this basically life wipe? There is a calc for such things, 183 petatons was the value i think (Multi-Continent or High 6-A)
