The character displays abilities such as air control and animal control in the series, but after only a few episodes, the writers remove these powers because they find it too much, and it is never shown again throughout the series. not even mentioned.

In that case, should these abilities stay in their profile or be deleted?

It depends on what you mean with "remove these powers". If they just stop using those power in the story with no canon or in-universe explanation, then no, you woudnt had to remove them. Probably have to note down somewhere that they are Out of character to use though when it comes to VS battles. If the author said that the character dosnt have the ability no more, WoG style then yeah, you probably have to remove them.
