In other world, what rank would the character be?

Supposedly that the character get summoned to other realm different from their own, what would their strength be in term of the ranking system used in their world ? Remember that the character itself must not escape too far from that world's measurement, like Saitama and the Hero Ranking System.

Ex: Sumireko Usami would definitively a Level 4 Esper in the Academy City, and could be the 8th Level 5.

edit: Okay, maybe tier-wise this isn't a best example. But visually it would be like that, IDK...
