Can a character be 1-A if it does not see infinite dimensions as fiction, but stronger than infinite dimensions and not bound to dimensional constraints

Even seeing infinite dimensions as fiction is just Low 1-A without further context. Assuming the dimensions you refer to are their own higher/lower infinities then this would just be Low 1-A or Possibly 1-A without going into detail.
