Antavasima's suggestions seems fine. Cosmics characters with flight should get MFTL+, whereas earthbound don't unless they have consistent feats.

Why not scale people to themselves? There are plenty of respect threads to go off of and it's not like it needs to be done all at once.

If THor's MFTL+ rating comes from combat/reaction speed than I don't see why characters like Hulk and Hercules shouldn't scale to it just because they can't fly, especially considering they are consistantly able to react to Thor in combat.

Because Hulk's best feat is catching a supersonic missile, he has no feats putting him even close to Thor's level.

This would be like scaling a random child to Universe level because they hurt Goku, rather than assuming that was an anti-feat for Goku.

I think there's a huge difference between consistant showings (Hulk) and what I assume is a one-time gag-feat (Goku).

Well hulk has a feat of him blitzing sentry mid flight by decking him the face. Not to mention has caught silver Surfers board while it was flying away.

If Hulk and Thor are almost always equal, and have numerous combats throughout the years, then at his peak Hulk should be MFTL+.
