Can a 2-A character with multiversal+ range affect a 2-B character with immortality type 9?

Because you have enough range to reach the original one
Ofcourse you still need to have enough power to kill him

Type 9 is when the true self of a character exists on a higher/independent plane so to interact with the regular plane of reality, they manifest avatars of themselves. In order to kill someone with type 9, their true self needs to be destroyed and not just the avatars.

Immo 9 in a nutshell: It is a type of immortaily where its true self is in another dimension/universe.
There are examples on the Immortaily page.
In general it depends on how the immo is acquired, for example how far the dimension is to be able to transcend the immo 9 of someone whose true self is in another dimension. So if the dimension is one world away, it's enough that its range is the solar system. However, since the real selves of characters with immo 9 are in another universe, range needs to be multiversal. Other than that, I can't think of anything, but there may be talents that can manage the course of the story.
