immortality type 9 and unconventional resistance

Let's say that a character A is immortal type 9 and his true self is a 5D entity, then character B(3-D) tries to soul hax the Avatar of character A, but character B never showed a feat of being able to affect beings of greater D, his soul Hax would work?


the same only that instead of being Soul hax, But now is Concept hax

Honestly, not sure what a 5-D would be beyond "its on another place" or "out of reach", but if the avatar has its own soul (although, I believe if that is the case then it would be more an aspect rather than an avatar, but difference is minimal) then it can be affected (assuming it has no resistance).
