Is surviving a stab to the heart without regenerating qualifying for this type?

Gonna be honest, i thought you were talking about low-high.

Low-mind is about limb and organ damage so i think it is it, didn't his entire heart got pulverized or something?

High-low is for minor organ damage, didn't his heart get nuked or something? That's low-mid.

If the character can just survive for a little and will die soon without healing/regeneration it wouldn't be Type 2.
If the character can survive indefinitely with what is normally a lethal wound to the heart it would be Type 2.

Just forgot about how much damage it should deal before it could be type 2.

I think the damage must be explicitly lethal, aka enough for someone to die in seconds or so, but you can just, ignore it.

Question, there is a fan character that can survive bleeding wounds indefinitely, organ wounds (besides heart) for 20 minutes before irreparable damage, heart impalement for 10 seconds before cardiac arrest and no brain damage.

Is this like limited type 2? He can ignore those due to his healing factor.
