Type 5 is a seriously OP type since it by its nature requires specific hax to be counteracted, so it requires some pretty extraordinary evidence.

As for what you described, that's pretty cut and dry Types 4+8

They were banished to their dimensions instead of being killed, suggesting that they couldn't be killed (even though the person who banished them did everything he could to prevent them from returning, after defeating them in combat in the first place)

The character did not die in the first place, only his human side was, not his demonic side, so there was no resurrection.

No, the character is should neither life nor death or beyond of that

Could be compelling evidence, provided the person who banished them had access to hax or other abilities that could deal with Immortality Type 3 and any other immortalities displayed by the demons. How potent is their Type 3, by the way?

Did the human side return from death eventually? Did the body die at all and return? If so, that would be Type 4, and then Type 8 for being reliant upon the demon half.

It depends, we don't know objectively whether he can't die or can't be killed because of what, this is Subjective.

I would say at least High Low.
Wally West is cited as an example for this type of regeneration because he can regenerate broken bones quickly.

We're just talking about a hybrid here, not independent entities that exist in this character.
His demon blood, boosted by an artifact that gives her other demon abilities to some extent, just seems to keep his body alive.

But either way, whether it's Multiple Selves or not, there's still immortality involved here.

It depends on what bone is broken and how bad it is as well. Healing a broken ankle for example can be done easily with Low. Healing a broken neck? High-Low given you'll have to regenerate your spinal chord as well. Healing every broken bone? At the very least High-Low and can go higher depending on the severity. Also, High-Low is probably not enough to qualify for Immortality Type 3. The character has to be able to survive things that would normally kill others through regeneration.

Giving him Type 5 would equate to giving him Immunity to Death Manipulation and Life Manipulation because that's how it works.
He honestly doesn't sound that hard to kill. You just need a character who can affect his demonic side since killing him normally only kills the human one.

The problem is that his demonic side cannot be killed according to her, he cannot die. The two mages who confronted her were unable to kill her, even with their hax (she says their magic doesn't work on her). This is in some ways similar to Euz, who has the same abilities as the two mages mentioned above, who banished Demons instead of killing them.

What kind of hax do they have? Their hax might lack the ability to interact with the demon side or it might simply have resistance to those hax.

Those hax are good and all but there's nothing suggesting that they're Death Manipulation apart from, well, causing death. So no Immortality Type 5 but the character should at the very least gain resistance to those listed abilities. If there are enough feats of him consistently not being affected by any type of magic then he can even gain resistance to it.
