True but seems to be baseline or thereabouts.

How does he obliterate in skill

SCP-096 compares to > SCP personnel who are > Militaries

Wolf is > Gyoubu who literally slaughtered an army of equally powerful people on the basis of pure skill alone whereas SCP-096 is significantly stronger than those he regularly compares to. If anything Wolf has the advantage.

AP wise Wolf scales to nearly the peak of 8-C and SCP-096 scales to High 8-C. Considering he scales to 682, who he was beating, he is somewhat above that much like Wolf would be somewhat above 8-C via beating Genichiro.

Ability wise, Wolf takes it. His type 4 is laughably more abusable and he maintains the ability to negate the opponent's immortality. This and other abilities meant to disorient and disable his enemy are pretty useful in terms of spamming mid-combat to just destroy SCP-096.

Basically 096 is looking at at the very minimum two fights, likely many, many more, to even incap Wolf, whereas Wolf only needs to kill once due to the timeframe of 096's resurrection.

Take a vote for Wolf.

I absolutely am, but the point remains the same.

consistently guilty of ******* up those two and their numbers

Intelligence: Has great knowledge of human anatomy, military tactics of open warfare, metallurgy, and livestock management, Is a highly skilled swordsman and martial artist, Knows several modern languages as well as several dialects of ancient Sumerian. For a time, SCP-076 was a head member of Mobile Task Force Omega-7 "Pandora's Box", a covert team consisting of trained operatives wielding and working alongside SCPs for tactical use, and was tasked with training the rest of the members of the task force in combat. SCP-076 is responsible for the deaths of over 100 task force members during his numerous containment breaches, and has even posed a threat to SCP-682. In his previous life as Hevel-Ab-Leshal, he was regarded as the most skilled soldier of the Daevite army, leading the Scarlet King's armies against gods like Mekhane and emerging victorious.

No he doesn't and you've done nothing to substantiate this claim.

The failed task force is the basis for him being > SCP agents. Even then, significantly weaker people could take him out with consistent headshots, which screams to me he claims no superhuman skill and rather just a good tactical mindset.

Wolf, on the other hand, has much more impressive feats in terms of skill. Aside from the above one, he was raised since childhood to train constantly alongside Butterfly and Owl, both of whom he outskilled by the end, and both of whom trained their entire lives (no, not just like as a hobby or a career, but all day, every day) in their forms of combat.

Wolf takes it.

Even if 076 managed to beat him, Wolf would just have to stay dead until 076 turned his back, and then stabbity stab him with the Mortal Blade in the back.

@Bambu Im sorry but youre blind

076 is a master of all martial arts on earth and multiuple forms of martial arts not native to earth

He has billions to trillions of years worth of combat experience

He defeated the omniscient god of knowledge in a fight and then killed the entirety of the Scarlet King's army singlehandedly

The only time MTF have killed hi is when he's in a mindless blind rage and not a levelheaded mindset

You have to ignore basically everything about him to try to argue that Wolf is more skilled. Wolf has nothing even remotely comparable to 076

And then 076 would just turn around in turn and punch him in the head for trying something so dishonorable, knocking him out cold

Immortality wont be negated as its tier 1 and 076 has shrugged off worse than being backstabbed before

Wolf has been trained since birth in swordsmanship, 076 has been trained since before the universe was created in every martial art ever

Wolf fought people who spent their entire lives training, 076 outmatched people who have spent billions of years training

Wolf slaughtered armies of swordsmen, 076 slaughtered armies of supernatural monsters with reality warping powers, magic, and a boatload of other supernatural abilities

Wolf scales near the pear of 8-C, 076 thrashes High 8-Cs

Wolf's negation doesnt work on tier 1 immortality and 076 resists all of Wolf's disorienting techniques

Wow this is... already not going to be fun.

I am pretty sure 076 has generally speaking the better skill and I don't see a 8-C key for 76 so he def has the AP advantage.

I am neutral on who has better res, but I lean to wolf here. I think 076 has better experience, but Sekiro probably has the better discipline.

For now I am not sure. Can't they just endlessly ressurect forever?

I don't see how 76 can null Wolf's immortality or vice versa.

Fair enough lol, then it has to be an Incon

Probably inconclusive then.

Unless I am missing like some super key detail, this should just go on forever until one of them gets bored and leaves.

076's res takes time, Wolf's does not. Killing once even without the mortal blade would equate in a victory.

Upon death, SCP-076-2's remains will putrefy rapidly, until reduced to dust. SCP-076-1 and the coffin within will then slam shut with great force, and the lock will rotate, sealing it shut. SCP-076-2 will then reform within the coffin, a process taking anywhere from six (6) hours to twenty-five (25) years.
~ SCP-076
SCP-076 lacks spammable regen, just saying.

6 hours is combat applicable you know
Yes, the lowest bounds of that are combat applicable. However if we take any look at what would be average, it is so much more likely that it isn't going to be combat applicable.

Could either of them realistically incapacitate the other for enough?

@Armor A single punch from 076 would put wolf out for some time if not put him in a coma, and he's entirely capable of dismembering him if he wants

Wolf not so much, he would be basically forced to kill 076 as 076 has resisted pretty much every method of incap Wolf has

Wolf can incap by killing and aside from vague statements of "long lifespan of fighting", 076 doesn't have any insane skill feats compared to Wolf. As said above this guy with a lifespan older than time and supposed constant training in that time can be killed by basic SCP personnel consistently. So clearly he isn't so great to the point where he cannot be hit.

Wolf, however, does have legitimate skill feats through Gyoubu and himself, frankly.

SCP-076 is > baseline, Wolf is near peak 8-C. AP isn't an issue here. 076 also doesn't know dismembering is the goal, whereas Wolf just needs to kill him once to put him out for 24 hours (the profile even says to assume it isn't combat applicable regen, since literally he'd have a 1/9131 chance of resurrecting within combat applicable times).

I see. That said, I think it's a win for Wolf if he actually manages to take out 076, so both have a chance of winning. However, 076 would try to kill him at least once or twice before actually going for the incap. Besides, dismembering would absolutely kill him I think. So the win conditions are in favour of Wolf. There's also the question of whether 076 has enough control over his punches to strike him hard enough to incap, but not kill. Has he ever done that?

I've quoted the page and the actual profile. You can insult me as you wish. If you're taking it personally, don't. This is just a thread, something for fun. Go chill for awhile if it's getting to you.

Billions to trillions of years worth of combat mean nothing if you sacrifice it to rage and lack of skill feats. Let's quote Schmuck's favorite meme, "Time =/= Skill". I'm not doubting his skill, I am doubting his skill feats comparing to those of Wolf.

He's also vastly weaker than this form than the Scarlet King-fighting god-slaying version. He seems to have a distinct lack of comparability to that version. So bringing up another key's feats, a far stronger key's feats for that matter, seem irrelevant.

that too is fair

uhm

i think imma dip for now, and leave you two to your slightly heated arguing

@BAmbu And yet youre putting just as much dredit in the people who spent 60 years fighting and contradicting yourself by saying that their skill somehow matters when 076's does not

Weaker physically means nothing when he still retains all of his skill from before the Flood. It happening when he was stronger makes no difference.

I am willing to put in that statement when coupled with better skill feats, yes.

Apparently not, if he's getting beat down by SCP agents who don't have billions of years of experience.
