Immeasurable speed question

Can a character of immeasurable speed get outsped/blitzed/statued besides by an omnipresent character? If not or so what would that mean?

Omnipresence is not a speed but a state of being so a character cannot necessarily be blitzed by an Omnipresent character. However, if an Omnipresent character blitzes another, it means that the Omnipresent character has a higher speed than that character before being Omnipresent.

omnipresence is not strictly a speed; However, that thing about being blitzed depends on the level/range of omnipresence

Ok I worded this question wrong, what I meant was can an immeasurable speed character blitz another immeasurable speed character? And if so what would that mean?
