immeasurable speed = infinite or exceeding infinite energy?

I often see the statement that immeasurable speed = infinite or exceeding infinite energy, and the corresponding AP. Is this true and why?

There's no precedent for this. If some specific verse makes it so that having a infinite amount of energy means they can casually travel through time via speed, then it can count.

Immeasurable speed is the ability to casually roam around freely across linear time through sheer movement. At best, if you can prove an energy system is linked to speed, you could get up to Infinite speed with an infinite amount of energy. Although this has to be analyzed on a case by case basis.
