Characters from W.I.T.C.H. for High 3-A and 2-A (They got their own feats and are superior to Santa's sleigh which is Immesurable so their above baseline) even though I know characters with higher levels of Immesurable Speed for 2-A are out their but they can be placeholders at the least.

It depends on how the wiki treats omnipresence as far as I know it's not considered speed but a state of existence so for now I won't consider it unless someone shows me that the wiki treats omnipresence as speed.

If the character you are going to mention is above the baseline, I can put it above Kratos until someone says if Kratos is baseline or not, then we see who is faster.

And yeah, for same reasons there is no such thing as above baseline infinite speed either. Infinite speed is just any speed "faster" than any finite speed. It can't really be better defined within regular notions of speed.
As far as I am concerned, infinite speed is infinite speed. I guess if you have really good evidence one could debate it (fiction can break logic, after all), but it would have rather hard criteria, roughly like above baseline 2-A.[

yep, they have massive scaling chain span throughout like 10 sagas already with character blitzed other character multiple times, and the involvement of multipliers with many transformations, unless W.I.T.C.H characters have Immeasurable speed via second higher temporal dimension

it's about how fast a character can move. A FIGURATIVE example: who would win in a short distance race character A or character B.
