Checked his profile. I don't have much to say other than...no. Outlier. Is this even consistent at all?

This also reminds me of the traveling through time with sheer speed thread I needed to make, as 99.99% of the time it's just time travel, or just going MFTL.

Cal is probably correct.

Dunno if its an outlier or not (especially for a high 3-A, arguably way higher reality warper), but didnt he literally say in the panel that he did it by going too fast? Or am i missing something here?

Maybe "MFTL+ combat speed. Immeasurable flight speed"?

I mean, based on that, there are quite a lot of characters who would also have immeasurable flight speeds with lower combat speeds. Though in discords case i think it does seem better to have his flight speeds as immeasurable only unless theres something better supporting anything more, since he really only traveled backwards by accident from accelerating too fast.

What are his noteable mftl+ feats? Im guessing he has similar stuff to his canon self.

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to have any movement speed above infinite speed and not scale your reactions. Once you hit a high enough speed, you realistically have to have reflexes at that level or else you'll rocket out the observable universe in under a second.

I mean if they've been around since '14 and haven't been accepted yet, I doubt they will now.

I have to unsubscribe to this thread due to time constraints. You can message me later if you need my help.

I'm pretty sure it's a few years though. Starswirl said those world originally had light and currently didn't. Starswirl would have to know those Universes originally had light in them, likely via visiting them previously. Otherwise, Starswirl could just assume they were naturally lightless (being an infinite multiverse and all).

???

I'm sorry, but could you elaborate? Not sure what you're responding to.

Would this be more acceptable?

Well Light suggested that it would be impossible to fly that fast and not be able to react at those same speeds so I dunno.

Well, this is fiction. It doesn't always have to make sense, and if immeasurable speed would be too inconsistent with his otherwise displayed speed, I think that my suggestion makes better sense.

Thats not a good enough excuse when it comes to reaction speed. An immeasurable flier being able to avoid crashing into everything, whilst simultaneously not being able to comprehend their own speed does not make more sense. Thats borderline impossible and nonsensical even by the standards of fiction.

Yes, we have a precedent for this with Superman and the Flash.

The Flash solution still seems fine to apply to me.
