Chaos Manipulation & Information Manipulation (Type 2 - 12-D, possibly Ω; Imaginary Energy and information have a strong interrelationship, being capable of increasing and decreasing entropy of systems, which is described as informational asymmetries between chaotic and ordered information[18][19])
