With that level of durability this is actually fair. I don't thin raphtalia can do much honnestly. Her ap seems to be specific to her spatial manip.

No. It's her just attacking in the past via speed. Which is why she is immeasurable. Time travel is in her P&A and literally in her speed section on her profile. "Can deliver thousands of strikes within 0 seconds. Stated she would deal with Medeas attacks hitting in the past by just attacking there as well"
 
I would like to say Raphtalia can also attack in the past with speed equal, but I'm not too sure. Aside from that, she can't do that much againts Ikki.
 
Also, Earl. Her AP isn't only "spatial manipulation". She can harm Medea who's true existence is too stressful for 7-8 universes fused together.

And she should at least be comparable to Naofumi's durability, as she is the sword to his shield.

Anyway, this battle is way too strange for me to judge.
