Frieza is too cocky to blow up the planet instantly,I think he gets bodies by Ikki pretty hard,especially with equal stats.

In Naruto he might get mind haxed by various characters,be it Tayuya,Kabuto or someone from Uchiha Clan,even Uchiha fodders have great Sharingan Genjutsu.

He can Transform in the air, he doesn't need to be on the Ground. Plus it's not that slow.
