If you can regenerate from Death but lack a Soul, is that Low-Godly or Mid-Godly Regenerationn?

Say that a character could regenerate from having his body and conciousness completely destroyed and his death, but didn't have a soul, would that be Low-Godly or Mid-Godly regen. Because they never had a soul to begin with so... what would that be?

Well if their conciousness was destroyed alongside their body, it is Mid-Godly
