He-Man would scale to Superman since he's the most powerful man in the universe and he's crossed over with PC Superman a lot.
Superman was once called the strongest being in the Omniverse so take from that what you will.
Greymon would be Low 1-C because "there probably isn't any monster as strong".
Every Champion level Digimon would be Immeasurable via scaling to Parrotmon who transcended space and time.
Gyarados would probably be High 6-A to 5-B for repeatedly being stated to destroy/ruin the world.

If Word of God > Feats, there would be a lot of Tier 0 characters; Saitama would be at least High 3-A, possibly Tier -1. Elder God Demonbane would be Tier -1. Flash (Arrow Verse) would peak at Mach 10. And Superman would be Supersonic+ speed, Class K lifting strength, and Large Building level AP and Durability.
