EDIT: The soul poison itself's not going to do anything, but the physical damage from Sans' attacks will.

It probably still works to some degree, seeing as Flowey mentions Sans murking him, repeatedly. Be that on the purely physical side or not, we don't really have any reference.

Yeah, I asked because I was uncertain on that, too - since base Flowey got oneshotted by a casual attack from Toriel, I'd think Sans could beat him with or without the KR.
But it's legit because I don't know how this situation would go on a VS debate. So if I ever find myself debating Sans vs some Souless being, I'll know for sure what it can/can't do.
