If something resides "Beyond Angled Space" does that make it higher dimensional?

I'm planning on making some profiles for the game Cthulu Saves the World, but it's difficult to find clear AP feats. The game is based off Cthulu Mythos obviously, but the final boss is Azathoth so obviously the tiers can't be the same. Azathoth is said to reside "beyond angled space" though, so would this mean he is higher dimensional?

I mean, Cthulhu Saves the World is a joke game, so it's kinda impossible to tier most of its characters accurately. I did make a profile for Cthulhu back when we allowed joke profiles. I think it's on JBW, now.

But if you were to treat it as not a joke and go by terminology from the Mythos, then Azathoth and the end of game party would be 1-A.

Well Cthulu with his powers restored is stated to be able to destroy the world, so he could sit around High 6-A or 5-B
