If a character is mountain lvl, when do they become Mountain+?

The + in a tier is only acquired when a character scale above the middle of that tier, in other words that they scale above half of the ap limit of that tier, for example with Mountain level the ap range is between 100 Megatons to 1000 Megatons (1 Gigaton) so to become Mountain leve+ the character need to scale 500 Megatons and above.

Either scale above 500 megatons or be capable of completely stomping and dominating people around 350-400 megatons

When you reach the mean value of the lowest and highest ends of Mountain level.

((Highest end + Lowest End)/2) = Mean value = + Rating
