If a Being has a parallel version and he gets destroyed, would the parallel version disappear as well?

Alright, so I just asked about if a 5D being can have a parallel version of himself to this morning, and based on a video game's laws of space and time, I'm coming up with the theory that for the alternate version to debunk 5D the two beings would have to coexist at the same time, and if erasing one does not get the other one erased, then they don't. However, if they do, then they the 4D being actually isn't an extent of the 5D being and beacuse the 5D being has an alternate version of himself, it is bounded by time and therefore no longer 5D but just 4D, things get different when a 4D character dies and becomes his alternate version of himself, in that case its more like an upgrade.
