Ichibei and Yamamoto question

why aren't yamamoto and ichibei multi galaxy level , they clearly scale to or even above the yhwach who was able to cut the soul king which is considered a multi galaxy level feat , from what i know the only possible change in power yhwach got in between the fight with yamamoto and cutting the soul king was actually getting yamamoto's bankai

We don't have details on that, what we know is that he fought Yamamoto 1000 years ago and got sealed or something like that. Now when he awakened he absorbed many quincies and kept getting stronger until he fought Ichibe and regained his strength after the 9 years have passed to stab Ichibe easily with sword-shaped energy.
So yeah the Yhwach who cut the Reio is stronger than the Yhwach who fought Ichibe and Yamamoto

No, because Yhwach grew stronger when he awakened by absorbing Quincies and soul reapers souls to the point that he can use Zanka no Tachi without problems, then he regained his strength back. so current Yhwach after he regained his strength is > Yhwach 1000 years ago when he fought against Yama.

so yamamoto , the guy who with his bankai is able to destroy the entire soul society by existing with his bankai activated , should still get an upgrade , so why hasn't he or is there something i ain't getting , also thank you for answering my questions so far i appreciate it

So it's interpreted as the destruction of the planet which can mean the surface which is accepted here, so here is the calc for the feat that was agreed on to use and is listed in his profile, here.
