As far as I can see the Iceman profile is still the same. Iceman in the Marvel Voices series reveals that he has a new mutation that has managed to freeze space and time at the quantum level and defeated terrax, the black winter aspect. maybe you can do an update to the profile over time.

He'd have to freeze all of space-time across all of history for it to be Low 2-C (if it's not just hax, which it wouldn't be in this case).

He only froze space-time around himself, so this isn't really a quantifiable AP feat at all.

Maybe the Terrax scaling could get us somewhere if we knew how powerful a tiny flake of the Black Winter is (aside from being >> Thor, Terrax, Silver Surfer, etc).

in the form of a small snowflake, black winter nevertheless indicates that it is the end of the universe. I think it can be added as far higher, at least compared to what it currently exists. because his strength is stated as peace in the comics

In addition, it seems like Iceman recently defeated Terrax when the latter had powered up with a small fragment of The Black Winter. Should we give Iceman a new key with "At least 3-C to 2-C" statistics, or consider it an outlier?

I personally do not mind upscaling Iceman from Terrax, but it seems like he hasn't had a sufficient number of appearances yet in his upgraded form according to our rules, unless I have misunderstood.

Definitely imply that Terrax was exhibiting a considerable level of power here. Especially when Thor believe he needed the power he had when he was a Herald to compete with him, which well, we know Herald Thor was on that crazy stuff.
