Question,

If a character (who is an egotistical extraordinary genius) fuses himself with a tesseract looking core thing that he describes as "a singular nexus of existence," and then turns into a giant 3 headed, 4-armed monster and then later appears out of thin air in a form similar to his body before fusing himself with the core and then claims he "transcends mere dimensionality" as the protagonist attacks him but their attacks seemingly phase through, what tier would he be?

This statement likely doesn't mean much since the deuteragonist (who is equal to the protagonist) just stabs him through the chest and kills him right there, because they "were absorbed into the same dimensional level" as described by the in-game lore.

But tossing out all context, if we took the "transcending mere dimensionality" statement as complete truth, what tier would he be?

Huh, well i mean the some characters have beyond dimensional existence, and they are above 1-A so i thought that being above dimensions would result in 1-A or higher

That's kinda special because the name itself is a bit outdated; and our standards only apply for certain portrayal of dimensions.

Transcending dimensionality or dimensions doesn't give 1-A without enough context, you could just be unbound by space-time or control them.

The fact they are egocentrical means they could just be trashtalking too.

Actually, the attack phasing through him could mean that his transcendence would be incorporeality

Being 1-A means he wouldn't be in the same place as the protagonist nor would the latter be able to perceive and compreend him.

"transcends dimensionality" then "same dimensional level"

Something's wrong I can feel it.

Are higher dimensions compared to be infinitely or qualitatively superior to lower ones?

This can be as low as Low 2-C.

But it would likely be "Unknown" because we don't know to what degree or regard.
