First of all, let me just say that I am VERY sorry that I'm late to the party in coming up with this... theory. But anyways...
We all know what High Outerverse level+ is right? It's defined as the following:
As presented, High Outer+ can be summed up as a tier that can affect the totality of all possible worlds. Now, some people might say that this definition is WAY too limited in scope, mostly due to the fact it's "devolving" back into mentioning a multiverse, like 2-A (the set of all countably infinite space-time continuum), and due to being constrained to certain laws. But in this rant, I'm gonna explain why the case of High Outer+ being too limited isn't the case, and so, I'll now explain why.
So yeah, that's my thoughts on High Outer+. TL;DR Infinite possible worlds don't equal all possible worlds and the latter is bigger than the former. The Three Laws of Thought are there to give a consistent definition of quantitative, qualitative, and meta-qualitative transcendence across every possible world. Otherwise, contradictions like quantitative superiority being larger than qualitative superiority, or the two being equals would exist.
We all know what High Outerverse level+ is right? It's defined as the following:
The apex of this tier, represented also by a "+" modifier in their Attack Potency section (High Outerverse level+), corresponds to characters whose power encompasses meta-qualities, meta-meta-qualities, and any and all conceivable extensions of this process, being on a which in which their power influences the space of all logically possible worlds) ("Logical space," where the laws governing it are the [three laws of thought, being characters who either have the ability to actualize arbitrarily large worlds, or embody the framework of such worlds itself.

- Possible Worlds: As stated, some people argue that High Outer+ is too limited due to revolving around multiple worlds and dimensions, but I think that's the case, it seems to me that people are confusing two key details to this: infinite and all. Infinite refers to a quantity of things but it doesn't mean all things present like how an infinite number of oranges don't have an apple in them, while All refers to completion. People are confusing the term "set of all possible worlds" with a set of infinite worlds, look at the keywords being presented ALL" and "POSSIBLE WORLDS." This means what it means, every world, every world encompassed by finite dimensional spaces, every world encompassed by infinite dimensional spaces, every qualitatively transcendent world, every meta-qualitatively transcendent world, and beyond, every possible world. It's the highest possible tier below Tier 0. If there were something above it (that isn't tier 0), then it wasn't high 1-a+ to begin with, as it doesn't encompass full totality due to there being another world or realm or state of being above it.
- The Three Laws of Thought: Now comes the three laws of thought, some people argue that it restricts beings and structures too much to certain degrees of "what." But I don't think so, evident by the fact that VSBW allows characters to have paradoxical or illogical abilities (Nonexistent Physiology: Paradoxical Existence). What I think the three laws in this context are trying to do is not to completely restrict characters and structures but to enforce consistency on the basic definitions of quantitative (power through larger numbers or size), qualitative (power through higher ontological forms or reality>fiction transcendence), and meta-qualitative transcendence (power through transcendence over all qualitative frameworks) i.e. how they should function: 1. Law of Identity: Ex. Every definition of quantitative, qualitative, and meta-qualitative transcendence must stay fundamentally the same. 2. Law of Non-Contradiction: Ex. Qualitative transcendence must not be both qualitative and quantitative transcendence at the same time. 3. Law of Excluded Middle: Ex. There cannot be a middle ground between qualitative and quantitative transcendence, it's either this or that.
