I'm currently scaling a character who has acquired some new abilities, but I'm unsure where to place him.

Because his cosmology is an infinitely 5D+ timeline, and he folds space to travel instantly.

He can also travel through the empty spaces in between dimensions.

However, this is considered to be manipulating an infinitely knotted 5D+ spacetime, and thus it would scale him to Low 1-C.

But he is only capable of High 6-B feats of destruction and durability, so I feel like I can't place him at L1-C.

But the feats speak for themselves. Let me know your thoughts.

You can give him

Limited Spatial Manipulation(5D) & Teleportation

with 5D range. And scale the rest to H6B. You usually don't scale tier to hax potency. Look at Accelerator, dude has 11D Vector Manipulation, but is at best 4B
