I heard about GoW having a Tier 5-A or High 4-C feat, is it true?

In a sense, yes. The Furies create illusions that physically manifest in reality. It is done via their yellow-blue magic that they use for physical attacks and energy blasts, with the magic in the God of War universe qualifying as a Universal Energy System, meaning feats done via this would scale to them fully. At some point, they create an illusion with a moon in the sky, which would mean they created a space large enough to contain it, which is Tier 5.
That said, how and if it'll scale to Kratos and others is to be decided.

Planck here is correct. At the lowest they'd be 7-A for forging a Mountain Range behind Sparta with their illusions. Though that same illusion also has a Sun in the background so your mileage may vary.
Whether it scales to Kratos however, is yet to be decided. It will be handled in the upcoming CRT.

Right when Kratos gets access to the Lantern of Delos but then the Furies sink the Bell. This is the Moon portion, happens before the imprisonment of Kratos on Aegaeon.
