I'm going with Galeem on it though, I know hax can overcome the gap between tiers, but I don't think Sans' being able to negate durability via soul manipulation means he can beat Galeem. I mean...maybe you could potentially make some sort of argument for it, like if we're applying UT's fight system, but really idk lol.
