I think it should be noted, that Alduin, like all other et'ada, has his own sphere of influence. And his own concept, in fact the Demi-Daedric Prince Fa-Nuit-Hen outright stated Alduin had his own concept,
"I have ambitions, of course, like every Ada, but I keep them within my own sphere, lest I suffer the same fate as you-know-who"
His earlier part of this paragraph was a long ramble about how being an et'ada was like being a metaphysical concept.
However, at the end. He is clearly talking about Alduin; Alduin is the only et'ada to have exited his sphere to fill his own ambitions, thus he suffered his fate. And Hen said he was going to be defeated/destroyed as Alduin was if he went out of his sphere.
Based on this evidence I believe Alduin should get concept manipulation and abstract existence...
