I can't overwrite pictures

So I tried to overwrite some pictures that I wanted to ovewrite (Basically, for example. If there's a file called "Akkorokamui-watermark" that's a .png, and you tried to replace it with another file that has the same name and extension as it, the second file would overwrite the first file, giving it a new image), but it would say "Permission error" whenever I tried to do it

Only admins can overwrite images, it was a feature implemented to stop trolls from replacing images with things like gore.
