Moon's light is comparable to supernova (maybe an exaggeration) and much brighter than what Ryuko usually sees (I remember her hiding her eyes at one point)

How can she not kill her? She just has to destroy the crystal that is literally part of her body does she not? With her much higher AP she oneshots Moon

Light doesnt do anything as she regens from its damage and she has fought people with a similar blinding effect

Even then the thing you described are out of character for her to do

Uh, with a 3x AP advantage she legitimately needs a single good hit to KO.

And literally doing what she did to Nui works as well (Blood loss is pretty good if you need to knock someone unconscious)

Besides simply having better survivability doesn't make the match a stomp, especially when said survivability doesn't make you invincible as far as the thread is concerned.

It isn't Ryüko not having any way to win at all, it's simply Usagi having what it takes to put her down and an immortality solid enough to win more often than not.

Except she wouldnt, because its out of character for her to KO. Meanwhile Usagi can just touch Ryuko once with some of her attacks and instakill her.

She did what she did to Nui after literally fighting her four times prior, learning how Life Fiber regen works, and then taking advantage of it with her swords that are specially designed to counter life fibers, its not something she just did off the fly she had a ton of prior knowledge.

Considering its out of character for Ryuko to go for anything less than the kill unless there is something more important at stake (ie the entire planet like in her fight with Ragyo), it kinda does make Usagi unkillable here.
