Hyperverse Level Questions

I have several questions regarding 1-B (aka Hyperverse Level) Characters. Here are my questions:

1.I don't understand the concept of Hilbert Space. Can someone please explain it to me in the most simple way possible (You have a _______,now imagine if there is also _______,that's Hilbert Space)?

2.what are some things Hyperverse Level Characters (above Low Hyperverse but below High Hyperverse)are able to do?

3.Is it ok for someone to call a Hyperverse Level Character a "Middle Hyperverse" character?

4.what are some characters that are at Hyperverse Level?

1.Hillbert space is the concept of Infinite dimensions, lets say you have a finite dimensional character, and an Infinite Dimensional one, while the finite dimensional character could exist in googolplex number of Dimensions, the Hillbert Space Character Exists in all of them.

2. Thats a hard question because the 1-B tier is incredibly broard, and Character existing from 13 to the biggest finite number of dimensions would be considered a 1-B

3. I Am not sure, Call them what you will

4. Tzeentch , Nurgle , Khorne , Slaanesh .

To elaborate specifically on the Hilbert Space question, I assume you are looking more for how it is applied in our tiering system and not its use in mathematics, so I'll try to explain that in simple terms. Basically, Hilbert Space allows any finite or infinite number of dimensions/coordinates. It is a complete space. Putting it in terms of physical reality, it would be a space a structure of any size would be able to fit within, regardless of its dimensions.
