Hyper Sonic only has two advantages over Super Sonic to begin with. He has his Hyper flash ability and an insurmountable speed and strength advantage (which doesn't apply here). Making Super Sonic 2-A and Hyper Sonic 2-B makes Super Sonic body pretty hard here.

Hyper being far faster than Super shouldn't make too much of a difference here. It most likely won't be enough for Hyper to blitz, and even if it was he'd still have to deal with the immense AP gap. Maybe Hyper Sonic can somehow outhax his Super self?

Hyper definitely blitzes Super. He's way faster than Super Sonic even with the boost, and with a boost of his own Hyper blitz easily.

Once Hyper Sonic sees he can't damage Super Sonic due to AP difference he'd resort to hax to finish him eventually
