From what I can understand, the difference between King Crimson and Tserriednich is that unlike King Crimson, people remember the 10 seconds that passed in Tserriednich's vision. He creates a parallel timeline that overwrites the current timeline when he exits Zetsu. So it's similar but I wouldn't say it's a copy. Also King Crimson is still more broken. Tserriednich is required to enter Zetsu to activate the ability and he can't spam it unlike Diavolo.
