Hunter's Moon Resistance to Explosions

Hunter's Moon's file features a Resistance to Explosion Manipulation for the following reason: Survived the explosion of a nearby car unharmed.

I have no idea why this should warrant a resistance honestly. It should simply be a durability feat, even a low one, since he wasn't even at the epicenther of the blast.
At most you can argue for resistance to heat, but there isn't any clear indication he wasn't affected by it to some extent.
