I don't really understand why use 0.013 second by saying Kite couldn't "even process what was happening" when he clealy react to Pitou's speed

He didn't though lol, Kite was looking at him and telling Gon and Killua to get away, Pitou launches from there to Kite and takes his arm before Kite can so much as blink.

You are right,but that not really matter since Pitou didn't jump there yet, and Kite react to him like you can see in the pages i send,Pitou didnt blitz him,that calc is wrong
