Yeah, I usually chalk it up to writer's focusing on what makes the overall story work and often not doing the math/research that we do for a seriesI've been reading through the manga for the first time, and wow do these kinds of statements in Shonen always baffle me
To be fair, Uvogin might be one of, if not, the physically strongest human in the series and got his arm broken when he was in a forced state of Zetsu. Also, not to be nitpicky, but Kurapika's 100% in all Nen categories is still as a Conjurer. For ex, he can create and use Enhancer abilities, but they have the peak potency/efficiency of 60% whereas a natural Enhancer can reach 100%

Given the kind of arc this is, I'm not expecting any high AP feats to be honest
Plus, if this is referring to just the Prince, it make sense to me. He has shown incredible physical capabilities, but he's a Prince, a man of royal blood and called upon to lead. He probably doesn't need to put to much time and effort into surviving a bazooka like Uvogin when his priorities are making the best decisions for his soldiers to survive and for his nation to thrive as a potential future King!

Why doesn't Post-Rose Meruem have his amps listed like Pre-Rose Meruem does? It's not like he lost access to them, he just didn't use them.

What exactly does Netero's High 7-C rating scale to? Is he baseline or above baseline since he can "technically" hurt Neferpitou and Meruem?

Um hey question. So I was looking at the profiles for Feitan and I was wondering why he and the other Troupe members are being scaled to MCB? Uvo’s durability feat is City block and Uvogin seems to think that only an enhancer could take his 20% and come away unscathed so shouldn’t all of them be city block level?
