Humans with subsonic reactions

Well, I don't fully remember how our borders were discovered, but plenty of peak humans have subsonic reaction speed; though not quite movement speed. Though, I think the fastest recorded running speed is the baseline for Superhuman speed iirc.

In fact, I think not. I read that the fastest punch in the world isn't even subsonic,
