SCP-682 is one of the most broken characters in fiction, even the most OP Flash can't kill him, Hulk will not be able to kill him, Either inconclusive or somehow scp 682 will wear out the Hulk and kill Bruce when he turns back. WB Hulk will still lose.

Yeah...This is either gonna end up inconclusive or an eventual win for 682, Hulk has no way to put 682 down so if 682 can get past Hulk's regen he can win, if not it'd be inconclusive
