Hulk has a LS advantage so it should be fair (In a brawl LS is pretty important)

I don't think Akuma will ever let himself be vulnerable enough to be grappled.

Hulk also has a slight AP advantage so I dunno if it would be a stomp or not

It's definitely a skillstomp on that side, Akuma also has mobility and range with projectiles and a couple of AoE. His Raging Demon (even the revised version) is basically an instant win.

LS is surely an advantage, but it's not like Akuma will let Hulk grab him, nor it's an instant win.

I vote Akuma if the match isn't considered a stomp.
