In Incredible Hulk #126 (April, 1970), the Hulk is pulled into the Night-Crawler’s universe, who uses his Sceptre of Shadow to induce complete darkness. To counteract this, the Hulk punches with such force that he releases a surge of heat and light that “illuminates the eons-dark cosmos”.



Illuminating a universe is a 4-B feat, supporting his current tier.

This would also grant Limited Heat & Light Manipulation.

The Green Hulk is supposed to be the Savage Hulk right? The profile says he can be 4-B at his peak

I agree with Impress that this comic book completely contradicted the otherwise displayed scale of the character, especially at the time. Using one feat from it, but not another seems to be hiding the outlier to me.
