Hughie vs Spider-Man (0-0-0)

Japanese Spidey seems to scale from destroying cars which yields 0.0115850369 tons of tnt, although I do not think the feat that is shown in the profile even comes close to destroying a car, but it is what it is. Hughie scales to 0.028 tons, which gives him around 2.4x AP advantage.
Hughie can just use his teleportation to dodge this guy's webs, and they seem to be pretty much equal in terms of combat skill, but Hughie has the stat advantage in both AP and LS. He can either go for H2H combat or pin spidey down. Either way, I'm leaning towards Hughie High diffing this dude.

In addition, if Hughie teleports Spidey, he would lose the web shooters.
Overall, I think Hughie could pull this off with High diff, but I would like to know more about this Spider-Man's combat skill/experience

Oh yeah i forgot his tp does that lol
As far as I can see from the profile, he's pretty much a random highschooler who happened to find his universe's Spiderman's gear and became a superhero or something. So the dude is essentially just a normal highschooler with web shooters. He doesn't have martial arts listed in his profile and doesn't seem to be a skilled acrobatics or thread manipulation user. Hughie isn't really impressive CQC wise either (he gets some CQC feats on S4 but this matchup uses S3 Temp V Hughie sooo), but his Tp hard carries him in this matchup imo.
