Depends on the nature of the Regeneration.
Extreme cold essentially stops biochemical activity by preventing molecular motion, which is crucial for cellular functions. I would say that any kind of Regeneration that is based on enhancing normal biological processes would be functionally suppressed or outright stopped by AZ.
